How do you select your parts?
The intent here is to build a mid-tier style rifle suitable for the largest group of first time builders. We could have chosen only the cheapest market parts or rolled with price points that are too high. Instead we tried to build a MSRP $1200-1400 rifle at the right price point. As we continue to review and make deals with OEMs, we’ll update and offer accordingly
I have zero tools or mechanical knowledge, can I build an AR?
Yes, suggest you purchase a system with one of the tool options to start. We spent time on the detailed monthly instruction package, full color, step by step with included videos to help you along. Intent is for you to take manageable steps and really learn each and every component and interaction on the AR platform
How do I receive the AR Lower
The AR Lower Receiver is the only part the ATF deems “a firearm” therefore we (as an FFL) have to ship to another FFL and for you to pick up. You receive you AR Lower in Month 2 and our team will make contract over email with you to coordinate with your local gun shop or FFL of choice to go pick up and work your required background check. All other monthly boxes show up right at your door.
What should I expect for the first Box?
First box we get out ASAP and is more introductory than anything. You’ll get the start of the Instruction Binder, a Rifle Soft case (we really like the Savior bags here),and other Swag items as you’re not a real firearm company unless you have a sticker and patch
Second month you have the action to help us with the lower receiver transfer while adding to your binder
Month three we start with the lower parts kit build, receiving needed lubes, greases, and tools. On and on we go.
