We offer a line of different coated BCGs - Full Chrome, Phosphate, and Nitride. Carrier Material made from 8630 Steel. Cam Pin from hardened 4340. Gas Key is 4130 Steel with Grade 8 hardware. All MPI and HPT Tested

our Process

We have industry leading inspection and gauging practices prior to leaving the building. Every BCG is run through a multi-step inspection to ensure compliance with the TDP, test fired , and serialized laser marked prior to shipping

Chrome BCG

Full Chrome BCG, Laser Marked, Inspected & Test Fired

  • Carrier Material:  Case Hardened 8620 Steel
  • Gas Key:  4130 Steel attached with Grade 8 hardware and properly staked 
  • Cam Pin:  Hardened 4340 cam pin – American Flag engraved for repeatable installation 
  • Firing Pin:  Mil Spec firing pin made of 8740 steel, center-less ground and Hard Chrome coated
  • Bolt Material: Case Hardened 9310 Steel.
  • Extractor: 4340 Steel, MP coated 
  • Sprinco 5 coil Extra Power Spring 
  • MPI:   Magnetic Particle Inspected
  • HPT:  High Pressure Test

Manganese Phosphate BCG

BCG Specifications: 

  • Carrier Material:  Case Hardened 8620 Steel
  • Gas Key:  4130 Steel attached with Grade 8 hardware and properly staked into a milled “valley” to ensure proper positioning.
  • Cam Pin:  Hardened 4340 cam pin
  • Firing Pin:  Mil Spec firing pin made of 8740 steel, center-less ground and Hard Chrome coated
  • Bolt Material: Case Hardened 9310 Steel.
  • Extractor: 4340 Steel , Manganese Phosphate coated
  • MPI:   Magnetic Particle Inspected
  • HPT:  High Pressure Test
